HOW TO RETURN
All returned items must be returned via post or at our store within 14 days from purchase date. Should you return your item/s after this time frame, you will only be eligible for store credit.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item/s we will happily give you a full refund or exchange. Item/s must arrive within 14 days of purchase date and be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unmarked & undamaged.
All swimwear and accessories cannot be accepted as a return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Returns attempted outside of the 14 day deadline will be offered store credit up to 28 days from date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs, we suggest that you use recorded delivery if not returning directly into our store as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Your original receipt/order form MUST be included when returning any item/s.
SALE item/s are final sale and non returnable.
If returning after 14 days of purchase Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent directly to your email address provided at the time of return.
Store Credit expires within 90 days of issuing your code.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance overdue.
